The Customer is granted the right to withdraw (right of reconsideration) from the concluded contract without penalty and without specifying the reasons, no later than the period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product by the Courier.

The return request can be made:

- By using the appropriate procedure at https://www.iltempiodellasalute.it/en/module/returnmanager/manager (for non-registered users).
- By writing to shop@iltempiodellasalute.it communicating the references of the order and the products you wish to return
